Notes:

• You will receive a registration confirmation email after the completed payment process at your registered email address within 24 hours with the Registration ID (Working days). Kindly check your Spam/Junk Mail in case you do not receive the confirmation in your inbox or contact on 8690513789.

• Registration is mandatory for all participants.

• The registration fee includes entry to all scientific sessions, Conference meals and delegate kit. Spot registrations are not guaranteed of conference kit.

• Employees of non-participating Pharma /diagnostics companies / market survey companies / Hospital groups are not permitted to register / enter conference venue.

• Event / conference organizers / advertising agencies / vendors are not permitted to register / enter conference venue during conference period.

Cancellation Policy:

• Requests for cancellation for refunds must be emailed to the conference email at: nzusicon2025@gmail.com

• 50% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellation made up to 15^th October 2025.

• 75% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellation made up to 31^st October 2025.

• No refund will be made for the requests sent after 31^st October 2025.

• GST & bank charges / online charges will be non-refundable.

• Registration is not transferable.

• Refunds will be processed after two weeks of conference date in the same account which you have used during the registration process.
