Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • Requests for cancellation for refunds must be emailed to the conference email at: nzusicon2025@gmail.com

  • 50% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellation made up to 15th October 2025.

  • 75% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellation made up to 31st October 2025.

  • No refund will be made for the requests sent after 31st October 2025.

  • GST & bank charges / online charges will be non-refundable.

  • Registration is not transferable.

  • Refunds will be processed after two weeks of conference date in the same account which you have used during the registration process.
